Aniak. She then moved to Oklahoma City where she completed her schooling and worked as a florist and bridal consultant.
Sandra returned to Alaska in 1980 and currently resides in Sitka where she paints and operates a Bed and Breakfast named after her daughter, Hannah.
Recognized for her botanical accuracy, she is a self-taught artist who strives to capture the intricate details and fragile beauty inherent in flowers and birds.
“There is such a wonderful order and endless variety in God’s creation. Living in Southeast Alaska has provided me with years of inspiration and it is my hope that my work reflects my love of its natural beauty.”
